Hy Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning over a period of 20 years. Hy began their career as a Sr. Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space in 1996, where they worked until 2000. Hy then joined Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. as a Test Engineering Manager, holding the position for a decade until 2010. Following this, they worked as the Director of Test Engineering at Summit Microelectronics from 2010 to 2012. Hy then joined Qualcomm as a Sr Staff Eng/Manager in 2012 and remained there until 2016. Currently, they are serving as a Principal Engineer at Everactive, a position they have held since March 2016.

Hy Nguyen studied at the University of Houston from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering (EE).
