Rob Courteaux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles and executive management. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at REC Management Services and in Agribusiness at Ever.Ag since February 2023, Rob has also been a Founding Partner at Castle Ridge Asset Management since December 2016, where the focus is on AI-driven investments. Previously, Rob led the ProSoft Business Unit at Ever.Ag from 1990 until July 2023, overseeing an ERP solution provider for food ingredient processors and agri-based operations. Rob's leadership experience includes serving as Past Chair on the Board of Directors at WEtech Alliance and as President of the Softech Alliance Network, both organizations dedicated to fostering technology-driven companies in Windsor-Essex. Rob's career began at Oracle, where responsibilities included establishing and managing a new sales office in South West Ontario.
