Karina Schweig is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in international human resources management. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager International & Projects at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA since September 2024, Karina has previously held the position of Head of People & Culture at Aeditive from June 2023 to September 2024. A significant tenure at Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH from January 2017 to December 2022 saw Karina progress through various roles, including Head of HR International and Teamlead HR International.
