April Israelson is an experienced professional in customer service and content support, currently serving as a Content & Support Adviser at Eventective since January 2019. Previous roles include proofreading, writing, and voice acting at Nova Holdings, where contributions were made to English learning materials in Japan, as well as serving as an English Language Instructor. Early career experience includes positions at Starbucks as a Barista, at Walt Disney World in guest services and as a QSR Hostess, and at The Walt Disney Company in various front-line roles. April Israelson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management & Tourism from the University of North Texas and has additional education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
