Stacey Batista, MS-HRM has a diverse work experience in HR and HRIS roles. Currently, they serve as an HRIS Analyst (HCM/Talent/Benefits) at Eventbrite since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Republic Airways as an HRIS Analyst and HRIS Ops Analyst from October 2021 to November 2022. Stacey also had a role as an HRIS Analyst at Eskenazi Health from April 2021 to October 2021.

Before that, Stacey worked at Oak Street Health, where they held positions as a Human Resources Generalist from September 2020 to March 2021 and as a Human Resources Coordinator from November 2019 to September 2020. In these roles, they were responsible for new-hire procedures, processing payroll reports, and assisting employees with HR-related questions.

Stacey's early career included a role as an HR Global Learning and Development Specialist at Roche from January 2018 to November 2019. Overall, Stacey has gained valuable experience in HRIS analysis, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.

Stacey Batista, MS-HRM, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from Indiana State University, a four-year institution, from 2012 to 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Indiana Wesleyan University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2019.
