Megan Berry is currently the Vice President of Design at Even Health. Prior to this, they were a Strategic Design & Innovation Consultant at M2B2 Creative, LLC from 2019-2021. From 2009-2019, they held various roles at Stanton Communications, including Vice President and Creative Director, Creative Director, Manager of Creative Services, and Assistant Account Executive & Graphics Specialist. During their time at Stanton Communications, they managed internal and external teams of public relation professionals, print, video and web designers to deliver integrative storytelling solutions to clients, leveraged design thinking to reconstruct employee benefits program as part of the executive committee, secured six new creative projects and expanded the creative scope of existing clients, led firm migration to cloud-based services, managed overall IT goals, created resource efficiencies and reduced operational costs, led communication executives from across the nation through two-hour, hands-on “Infographics Bootcamps” at Ragan PR conferences in Denver and Chicago, developed visual communication program strategy and marketing communication for major domestic and international corporations, non-profit organizations, institutions and issue coalitions, produced print and digital creative for the multimillion-dollar advertising campaign, “My Career Counts,” winner of the 2011 Silver Anvil and Hermes Awards, created strong, positive, visual and physical presence though advertising and events for a major mid-Atlantic electric utility in crisis, resulting in record-breaking customer satisfaction scores in first year of campaign, and conducted media monitoring to track success of campaign as well as generated media lists, editorial calendars for clients using MediaSource and other online resources.
Megan Berry attended James Madison University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Design and Corporate Communication. Megan then attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Master of Business Administration. Finally, they attended General Assembly from 2019 to 2020, where they earned a User Experience Design certification.
