Jared Cunnington began their professional career in 2009 as a Co-op Engineer for the City of Abbotsford. In 2010, they moved to Mainland Machinery as a Junior Detailer. The following year, they returned to Evasc Medical Systems as a Co-op Engineer. In 2012, they were promoted to Medical Device Project Engineer at Evasc Medical Systems.

Jared Cunnington attended The University of British Columbia from 2006 to 2012, graduating with a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with the Mechatronics Option.
