Victor Ubeda Roncero, Ph.D., serves as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Grifols and is also an advisor on the Corporate Digital Transformation Committee with a focus on Extended Reality and the Metaverse. In addition, Victor holds the position of Head of HR for North America at Grifols and is a Board Member at Evanta, a Gartner Company. As a lecturer at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, Victor contributes to academic discourse, and previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Dräger. Victor completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Social & Organizational Psychology at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2015 to 2020 and is currently pursuing an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2023 to 2024.
