Sid Raina serves as the Divisional Vice President of Data & Analytics Solutions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since October 2016, overseeing enterprise data, analytics, content management, and integration services for the Information Technology Group. Additionally, Sid Raina co-chairs the Chicago CDO Governing Body with Evanta, a Gartner Company, focusing on local programs driven by Chief Data and Analytics Officers. Previously, Sid Raina was a Partner and Global Head of Software Development at Mercer from August 2006 to October 2016, managing global application delivery and software development for various Mercer services. Sid Raina also held the position of Senior Manager for Application Development at United Airlines, contributing to enterprise optimization and handling complex technology initiatives. Academic experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at the College of Business Administration, West Virginia University. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Management Science and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Alabama.
