Gopal Kesavan serves as the Head of Engineering for Bill Pay within the Payments Technology group at USAA since September 2015, where Gopal leads a multi-year modernization journey to enhance payment access for 10 million banking members. Gopal is also a member of the CIO Executive Governing Body at Evanta, a Gartner Company, since September 2022. Previous experience includes roles such as Technical Manager at Blackhawk Network, Engineering Manager at MedAssets, and Senior Software Engineer at RealPage, Inc. Gopal's educational background includes a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Harvard University, an MBA from Southern Methodist University, a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
