Julia Copeland, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Evans General Contractors since November 2022. In this role, Julia prioritizes employee needs and benefits, manages benefits, oversees various stages of recruitment, and supports onboarding processes. Prior to this position, Julia worked as a Recruiter and Account Manager at DMC Atlanta from May 2018 to October 2022. Julia's early career includes serving as the Risk Management Chairman for the Kappa Kappa Gamma Zeta Upsilon chapter and holding various positions in retail and food service. Julia earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Georgia Southern University in 2018.
