Jayne Hart is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at EvaluAgent® since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jayne contributed to NEYouth as a Member of the Board of Trustees from May 2019 to April 2022 and built a successful outsourced HR business as Director/Owner of The HR Dept Newcastle from April 2014 to April 2022, achieving a year-on-year 50% increase in turnover. Jayne has also held positions as a Membership Coordinator for BNI, Team Leader and HR Business Partner at Natural England, and Change Manager for the Rural Development Service, alongside earlier roles in marketing communication and HR advising.
