Milla Hirvonen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR System and Process Development Manager at Evac Group since December 2020, focusing on HRIS development, digitalization of People Processes, and global HRIS implementation. Prior to this role, Milla held positions at YIT, where responsibilities included managing employee data during a merger and supporting HRIS integrations across Scandinavia, and at Pöyry, where Milla was the main user of HRIS, developing and implementing global HR systems. Milla holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Saimaa University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree from Kymenlaakso University of Applied Sciences.
