Carla Díaz is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently serving as Sr Account Manager for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean at Eutelsat Americas since July 2023. With over a decade of experience, Carla has held various significant roles, including Conectada at Conectadas since July 2021 and Gerente de Cuentas Estratégicas at AXESS Networks from March 2018 to July 2023. Previously, Carla worked at Axesat as an Ingeniero de Ventas and held multiple leadership positions at Elara Comunicaciones, overseeing critical engineering and service delivery configurations. Additional experience includes technical analysis at Telcel and project leadership for the Metro de D.F. communications network. Carla holds a CCNA certification from Cisco Networking Academy and an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by an executive training diploma.
