Dafinka Lazarova is a seasoned professional in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as the Brand Partner Sales Lead for Data&AI at IBM since July 2024, and as a Country Ambassador for the European Women Payments Network (EWPN) since 2019. Previously, Dafinka held various leadership roles, including Senior Business Development Manager at ICAP CRIF, Business Development Manager at Experian, and Head of Banking Relationships at Paysafe Group. With a strong background in corporate relationship management at Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria and First Investment Bank AD, Dafinka also pursued advanced education, currently working towards a PhD in Banking and Financial Support Services at VUZF University, complemented by leadership training from the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria and a Master's degree in Finance from the Academy of Economics.
