Ildiko Sas is an experienced professional with a notable background in technology, business development, and gender equality advocacy. Currently serving as a European Membership & Partnership Committee Member at European Women on Boards and as a Founding Member of WomenTech Network, Ildiko is committed to advancing gender equality in decision-making roles. Previous roles include Managing Director at Accenture Technology and Managing Director at Xoomworks, where leadership in business transformation and operations was demonstrated. Early career experience includes directorship at ADMATICA Ltd, where Ildiko implemented Lean Start-up methodologies, and various roles at BRINEL, culminating in the position of Business Solutions Sales Manager. Ildiko holds a Master's Degree in Management and Business Communication from SNSPA and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Babes-Bolyai University, complemented by executive education from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
