Nearchos Panayi is currently an Assistant Professor of Orthodontics at European University Cyprus, a position held since September 2023, while also serving as a PhD candidate at Athens Medical School since September 2019. Nearchos has over two decades of experience as a self-employed orthodontist since March 2002. Previous roles include Scientific Collaborator at the Department of Dentistry, School of Medicine, European University Cyprus from July 2021 to December 2023 and Visiting Research Scientist at the Clinic of Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry Center of Dental Medicine, University of Zurich during the same timeframe. Nearchos holds a DDS degree from Athens University Dental School, completed in 1997, and is distinguished with additional qualifications DDS, DOrth, and MOrth from Tel Aviv University between September 1998 and November 2001.
