Konstantinos Katzis is an Associate Professor and Programme Coordinator for Electrical and Electronic Engineering at European University Cyprus, where also serves as Deputy Dean of the School of Sciences and conducts research focused on radio spectrum management for cognitive radios. Katzis has held positions as a Fulbright Scholar at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, focusing on communication traffic characteristics of wearable and implanted medical devices, and as a Scientific Collaborator at Cyprus University of Technology, teaching C++. Previous roles include College Dean at Derwent College, University of York, and Research Associate at the University of York, contributing to developments in broadband wireless access communications. Konstantinos Katzis holds a Ph.D. in Electronics from the University of York, an MSc in Radio Systems Engineering, and a BEng in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Hull.
