Brasov Cosmin-Alexandru has extensive experience in law enforcement, operations, and training within both domestic and international contexts. As an Operations Technical Analyst at the European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia since November 2021, Brasov is currently engaged in operational planning and analysis. Brasov also serves as President of the Development & Integrity Organization since February 2016, following roles including Technical Monitoring Officer - UAV Operator at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe from December 2017 to October 2021, and Financial Crime Investigator at the Romanian Police from January 2015 to December 2017. Additional experience includes positions as a Rule of Law Curriculum Developer - Anti-Corruption during the European Police Mission in Afghanistan and as an Intelligence-led Policing Mentor/Adviser in the Romanian Police. Brasov holds a Master's degree in Criminal Law from the Romanian - German University of Sibiu and has completed postgraduate studies in International Relations and Affairs at Alexandru Ioan Cuza Police Academy.
