Raluca Stefania Briciu is a Senior Software Engineer at the European Parliament since May 2023, specializing in the implementation of ServiceNow. Prior to this role, Raluca served as an Office Dev Support Engineer at Microsoft from June 2019 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes positions as a BPM Feature Engineer at ING, where responsibilities included IT development for Lending MCB Clients and debugging with SQL Server Management 2012, and as a System Support Specialist, focusing on second-line support and debugging using Linux. Raluca began the career in IT as an IT Helpdesk professional. Raluca holds a degree in Cybernetics, Statistics, and Economic Informatics from Academia de Studii Economice din București, completed in 2018, and graduated from Colegiul National Nicolae Grigorescu in 2015.
