Abrial Gilbert-d'Halluin currently serves as an Advisor for the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety (ENVI) to MEP Radan Kavev at the European Parliament, a position held since August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Director for EU and Engagement at the Global Reporting Initiative from September 2023 to August 2024, and as a Political Advisor to MEP Pascal Durand, who acted as a sherpa for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) from September 2019 to September 2023. Previously, Abrial worked at the European Climate Foundation in various roles, including Senior Associate for Transport. Additional noteworthy positions include guest lectureships at Solvay Brussels School and École Polytechnique, and consultancy work with political leaders in several European countries. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Political Science and Public Policy Engineering from ISMaPP and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Université catholique de Louvain.
