Mireia Castillón Melero possesses extensive experience at the European Medicines Agency since November 2011, currently serving as Head of the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence, where leadership of the Agile Transformation using SAFe methodology is a primary focus. Previous roles include Digitalisation Transformation Programme Manager overseeing the implementation of SAP modules within HR, and HR Business Partner supporting the Agency's transformation initiatives. Additional responsibilities featured project management for various training and patient registry programs, as well as acting as IT Liaison Officer to enhance stakeholder engagement. Mireia's earlier career includes internships at notable pharmaceutical and healthcare institutions, with a strong educational background comprising a Master in Business Administration for Pharmaceutical Industries and a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, complemented by a Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant credential obtained in 2023.
