Francesca Romana T. serves as a Team Leader at the European Investment Bank since December 2014, acting as an HR Representative on Task Forces for establishing new MoUs with Host Countries and as an HR Delegate in the COPEC committee promoting equal opportunities and diversity. Previously, Francesca held various positions at the World Food Programme from 2001 to 2014, including Administrative, HR and Budget Coordinator, where responsibilities included HR coordination and centralizing functions, a Senior Human Resources Assistant focused on transitioning to e-Registry, and a Human Resources Assistant responsible for the Young Professional Programmes. Prior experience includes roles at British Airways as Long Haul Flight Crew, and earlier positions in administration and corporate travel, culminating in a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development from The University of Salford and an early education in Hospitality Administration/Management.
