Adrien de Bassompierre currently serves as the Head of EIB Representation in Morocco and Senior Advisor to EIB Vice-President Ambroise Fayolle, focusing on climate, environment, and development issues at the European Investment Bank since September 2017. Previously, Adrien held various positions at The World Bank from July 2007 to July 2017, including Program Manager for the Partnership for Market Readiness and Senior Carbon Finance Specialist. Adrien's early career included roles such as Teaching Assistant at The Johns Hopkins University SAIS and Project Manager at Eco-Carbone. Adrien's educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Energy and Environmental Policy from Johns Hopkins SAIS and an Executive education in Renewable Energy Management from the University of St.Gallen.
