David McNair is an accomplished leader in global policy and advocacy, currently serving as the Executive Director of Global Policy at The ONE Campaign since June 2014. McNair oversees a team of policy advisers working to combat extreme poverty and preventable diseases, particularly in Africa. Additionally, McNair holds memberships with the European Council on Foreign Relations and Africa Europe Foundation, contributing to discussions on foreign policy and Africa-Europe relations. As a Non-Resident Scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, McNair examines global financial architecture reform. Previous roles include leading growth and equity initiatives at Save the Children UK and advancing economic justice at Christian Aid. McNair holds a first-class BSc and a PhD in Geography from Queen's University Belfast.
