Chiara Benfatto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, project management, and human resources. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Officer and Project Manager for Process Automation at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) since November 2009, Chiara has successfully led the automation of mission approval processes and managed relationships with stakeholders while overseeing performance and promotion systems for approximately 300 staff members. Prior experience includes roles at Whirlpool Corporation focusing on HR support and employee engagement, as well as positions at LUISS Business School and Atesia SpA centered around training coordination and job market research. Chiara's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Human Resources systems and a master's degree in Political Science, complemented by studies in EU and International law.
