Julie Manouvrier is currently a Graduate Programme Participant at the European Central Bank since September 2023 and previously served as a legal trainee at the European Systemic Risk Board Secretariat, where contributions included drafting legal documents and providing advice on EU financial regulation. Manouvrier holds a position as Agrégée d’économie-gestion at the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse, following success in the agrégation exam in the marketing option.
