Effy Ritter has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Starting in 2000, Ritter joined EBRD as a Principal and held this role until 2007. Following that, Ritter worked at Deutsche Bank as a Senior Vice President from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, Ritter joined Merrill Lynch as a Director and Team Lead in the Commodities division until 2014. Ritter then returned to EBRD in 2012, initially as a Senior Risk Manager in Natural Resources, Commodities, and Property. Currently, Ritter is the Head of the Climate Financial Risk Team in Risk Management at EBRD.
Effy Ritter obtained a Master's degree in Finance from Brandeis University, which was completed between the years 1996 and 2000.
