Rachael Motherwell has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Financial Controller at Europe Incoming since February 2015. Prior to this role, Rachael was the Treasurer for Hanwell Carnival from January 2011 to January 2019, contributing to the oldest continuous running carnival in London, which supports local charities. Rachael's experience includes serving as Financial Controller at Geoff Neal Litho and Director at RJM Accounting Limited, where Rachael provided accounting support to commercial enterprises. Additionally, Rachael worked as a Revenue Accountant at Agility and held the position of Head of Finance at NCL (Bahamas) Ltd from August 1992 to November 2010. Rachael's educational background includes a BTEC Diploma and City and Guilds in Hotel and Catering from Plymouth College of Further Education, following studies at Okehampton Community College.
