Susanne Schwarzer is an experienced professional in personal and team development, currently serving as Director Personal & Team Development, Chief Leadership Officer, Director People Operations, and Head of People Development at Europace AG since May 2019. Additionally, Susanne has been an Ausbildungscoach und Mentorcoach at Coaching Center Berlin since August 2010 and previously worked as a Changemaker, Organisationsberaterin und Business Coach at Hypoport - Capital Markets from January 2018 to May 2019.
