Ave Kruusalu has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Group HR at Euronics Estonia & Latvia since May 2021. In addition to this role, Ave is the Founder and Recruiter at Talendipesa. Previous positions include Head of Human Resources at Tamro Baltics and Citadele banka Estonian Branch, as well as roles at Starman AS, Ragn-Sells AS, and Verston OÜ. Ave also has a background as a lecturer with Juunika Koolitus and has been active as a freelance trainer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tartu and a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Tallinn University.
