Simona Bernatonyte is a consultant at Euromonitor International, where since June 2018, Simona has served as Central Team Lead for a global Health & Wellness project, coordinating team data checks and client queries while facilitating cross-departmental collaboration. Previously, as a Senior Research Analyst, Simona focused on the Food and Nutrition market, analyzing consumer trends across Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in organic and plant-based dairy products. Early roles include industry analysis, refugee outreach program coordination, and teaching, alongside experiences with the UNHCR and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, supporting democratic governance projects. Simona holds a Master’s degree in Development and International Relations from Aalborg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Klaipeda University.
