Lidia Carolina Munguia Chavez is currently a Human Resources intern at Eurofragance SLU, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Lidia served as the Human Resources Manager at Inversiones Multiples S.A. de C.V. from January 2020 to September 2021, where responsibilities included selection processes for various profiles, recruitment, and personnel hiring. Additionally, Lidia worked as an Associate Lawyer at Gómez-Mateo Legalsa Abogados from September 2019 to January 2020, providing legal advice in civil, labor, family, and commercial matters. Lidia holds multiple master's degrees in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Privada de San Pedro Sula, where Lidia is also completing the requirements to become an attorney.
