Pavel Romashkin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Pavel began their career as an Equipment Supply Manager at RUSAL from December 2006 to December 2008. Following that, they worked at SGC as a Leading Specialist from February 2009 to October 2009. Pavel then joined UC Rusal, where they held various positions, including Manager from October 2009 to December 2011, Head of Commercial Team for a Carbon Plant Construction Project from December 2011 to December 2019, and Head of Commercial Department for a Carbon Plant Construction EPC Project from December 2011 to December 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Head of the Technical Equipment and Procurement Department at EuroChem since January 2020. Pavel'sresponsibilities in this role include procurement of engineering services for own needs and procurement of process equipment, materials, and construction services for new construction facilities in mining, chemical, and other industries.
Pavel Romashkin began their education in 1997 at the Moscow State Academy of Water Transport (MGAVT). Pavel studied there until 2000, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree or field of study during this time. Later, from 2000 to 2005, they attended the Russian Foreign Trade Academy and earned a specialist degree in Foreign Trade. Finally, in 2015-2016, they pursued studies at the International Management Institute in Saint Petersburg, where they obtained a degree in Management.
