Olivier Boisard has extensive work experience in various project management roles. Olivier started their career at Litwin in 1992, where they worked as a Process Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Project Manager until 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Project Manager at ABB Lummus Global, followed by a role as Project Manager at Fluor from 2005 to 2009. Olivier then joined Sibur as a Project Director from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, they became the Director of Projects at United Petrochemical Company (AFK Systema group) until 2014 when they became a Project Director at Baltic Urea Plant (ICT group) until 2016. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Project Director at NIS Gazprom Neft, and they are currently serving as a Project Director at EuroChem since 2021.

Olivier Boisard completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematiques Superieures et Speciales from Lycee Descartes (Tours) in 1988. Olivier then pursued a Master's degree in Science (MS) from Centrale Lille, graduating in 1991.
