Michel Grebenikof has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michel currently works at EuroChem as the Group CHRO. Prior to that, they co-founded a travel app called twistr in 2017. At Egon Zehnder, they were a part of the Industrial Practice Group, where they helped organizations identify and develop exceptional leaders. Michel also worked at Yokogawa as the VP of Regional Business Solutions, providing advisory and project management services to the oil and gas industry. Before that, they had roles at Honeywell, BASF, and Shell, where they focused on strategic planning, business development, and sales.
Michel Grebenikof completed a Global Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at INSEAD from 2015 to 2016. Michel also obtained a degree in The Science and Practice of Start-ups from The Wharton School in 2016. In the same year, they completed a degree in International Management in Asia from The Wharton School, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities. Prior to these degrees, Michel obtained a Masters of Science in Advanced Technologies in Petrochemicals, Polymers, and Plastics from IFP School in 2005-2006. Michel also completed a Masters in Polytechnic Engineering with a specialization in Advanced Technologies from Grenoble INP - UGA from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Michel Grebenikof has acquired multiple certifications in various areas such as economic awareness, negotiation skills, customer management, professional selling skills, business economics, sales and negotiation development, and utilities systems.
