Ivan Zhidkikh is a seasoned professional in public policy and sustainability, currently serving as the Head of Public Policy and Sustainability at EuroChem since January 2021, while also holding the position of the Executive Secretary of the Committee of Climate Policy and Carbon Regulation at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs since July 2022. Zhidkikh is a member of the Supervisory Board of the National ESG-Alliance and the Chairman of the Task Force on Carbon Regulation at the Russian Association of Fertilizer Producers, both roles taken on in 2021 and 2022 respectively. With previous experience as the Head of Special Projects and Analysis Department at SUEK and various positions at Open Government of Russia and the Russian Research Center "Kurchatov Institute," Zhidkikh has a robust background in project management and engineering, holding degrees from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and the Higher School of Economics.
