Dmitry Baranov currently serves as the Head of Technical Development at EuroChem, a leading global producer of fertilizers and industrial chemicals, since February 2017, where coordination of an interdisciplinary team of 30 across five countries is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Dmitry held the position of Project Director at ANK Bashneft from May 2014 to February 2017, during which the company was acquired by Rosneft. Dmitry also worked as a Senior Expert at Sibur, the largest petrochemical producer in Eastern Europe, from May 2012 to May 2014. Earlier in their career, Dmitry was a Senior Associate Consultant at KPMG from September 2008 to April 2012, focusing on financial projections, operational strategies, and risk assessment. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA with the greatest distinction from Antwerp Management School and a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, complemented by an undergraduate degree from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod.
