James Naylor is a seasoned professional in the activated carbon industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of Eurocarb Products Ltd since August 2008, leading the European subsidiary of Sri Lanka-based Haycarb plc. Previously, James Naylor held the position of Board Director at Haycarb plc from April 2016 to January 2025. James Naylor's earlier experience includes being the Sales and Marketing Manager at Avon Rubber, where responsibilities encompassed managing an international sales force and contributing to product development for military applications. Additionally, James Naylor was a Product Manager at Scott Health and Safety for over a decade, overseeing a portfolio of personal respiratory protection products. James Naylor holds a BSc in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Birmingham and attended Malvern College.
