Boy Bachter Simbolon has extensive experience in the engineering and facilities management fields, currently serving as Service Manager at Euroasiatic since May 2008, following a role as Facilities Maintenance Manager at Toray Industries - CENTEX Plant from October 2001 to May 2008. Boy obtained a Master of Engineering in Teknik Elektro dan Listrik from Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) from 2017 to 2019, after completing a Bachelor of Engineering in the same discipline at UKI from 1995 to 2001.
