Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, serves as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, specializing as a clinical documentation expert and leading care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Previously, Charlene held the position of Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where the A4 Healthmatics ED application was implemented in the emergency department at a level one trauma center. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Business Consultant focusing on Convergent Medical Terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT and serving as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene earned a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
