Jose Carlos Guedes Rosado is an experienced professional in the mining and industrial sectors, currently serving as an Independent Advisor for Euro Manganese Inc. since July 2022, focusing on manganese project development and execution in Central Europe. Previously, Jose held the position of Chief Operating Officer at SVPM | Mineração Serra Verde from July 2016 to July 2019, overseeing operations of a significant Rare Earths Elements project in Brazil. Jose's consulting expertise includes roles with CG Consultoria Industrial, providing advisory services to junior mining companies, and a prominent tenure as Vice President Industrial at Lynas Corporation Ltd., where significant investments were made in Rare Earths processing facilities. An extensive career also includes leadership positions at Rhodia Group, culminating in roles as Global Manufacturing Director and Global Industrial Director, where operational excellence initiatives were successfully implemented across multiple sites globally. Jose holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from iaelyon School of Management and a degree from Escola de Engenharia Mauá in Brazil.
