Laura Navarro has extensive legal expertise developed over more than a decade in various reputable organizations. Currently serving as Responsable Pôle juridique at EUREX since October 2019, Laura manages a portfolio of companies, oversees annual general meetings, and provides legal counsel to client enterprises. Prior experience includes a role as Legal Counsel at Cabinet Der Baghdassarian from 2010 to September 2019, where Laura handled corporate matters from formation to liquidation, prepared contracts, and participated in audits. Additional positions at BNP Paribas, Johnson & Johnson, and Hospices Civils de Lyon contributed to a strong foundation in contract drafting, dispute management, and legal advisory across sectors. Laura holds a Professional Master’s degree in Corporate Law applied to healthcare industries from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne and is backed by a robust educational background in law.
