Mika Lappalainen is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in leadership roles within the food services industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Compass Group Finland since October 2021, Lappalainen has also held executive chef positions at Minttiravintolat Oy and Kallion kortteli, along with a development chef role at Palmia Oy. Previous significant experience includes executive chef roles at SuperPark Ltd. and Seikkailulaakso oy, as well as managerial duties at Joella Oy. Lappalainen's foundational experience began as Head Chef at Sannäsin Kartano Oy and as Chef at Haikon Kartano & Spa. Educational qualifications include studies at Haaga-Perho and Porvoon Ammattiopisto, where Lappalainen earned a degree in Chef and Restaurant/Food Services Management.
