Senan McGrath has extensive experience in electromobility and sustainable transport, currently serving as the Chair of the Electromobility Working Group at Eurelectric since April 2014 and the Chair of the European Electromobility Platform since April 2016. McGrath acts as an expert advisor on electricity as a transport fuel for the European Commission's DG Move. In addition, McGrath holds the position of Chief Technology Officer for ESB eCars, focusing on national electric vehicle charging infrastructure in Ireland. Previous roles include Sustainability Manager and Fleet & Equipment Manager at ESB Networks. Educational credentials include a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and a B. Comm in Marketing, Industrial Relations, and Management Accounting from University College Dublin.
