Prior roles include Vice Chair at Eurelectric, team leadership positions at Helen, and expertise in energy storage and electromobility solutions. Juha's earlier experience includes significant roles at Valmet Automotive and Aalto University, where responsibilities encompassed project management, research, and development in electronics reliability and Li-ion battery technologies.
