Brianna Shaw has a diverse range of work experience in research and administrative roles. Brianna started their career in 2014 as a Creativity Studies Co-Researcher at Washington and Lee University, where they conducted research on the tradeoff between appropriateness and novelty in generating creative ideas. Brianna also served as a Bonner Leader during this time.

In 2016, Brianna worked as a Shepherd Intern at Church On The Street, where they worked with various populations, including sex trafficking victims and at-risk youth, to develop community-based solutions and researched the effect of the built environment on individual psychology.

From 2016 to 2018, Brianna held multiple research positions at Washington and Lee University, including roles in the Psychology Department and the Health Psychology Lab. Brianna conducted research on topics such as the impact of positive media sources on willingness to donate and the subconscious capability to make inferences about sentences.

Since 2018, Brianna has worked as a Research Analyst at EurekaFacts, where they manage research projects and interacts with clients. Brianna'sresponsibilities include conducting interviews, analyzing data, writing reports, and developing recruitment materials.

In addition to their research experience, Brianna has also worked as an Urban Policy Researcher at Washington and Lee University, studying the role of exclusionary zoning in promoting class-based segregation and intergenerational poverty. Brianna has also researched urban stress and demographics at the university's Sociology and Anthropology Department.

Throughout their career, Brianna has demonstrated strong skills in data analysis, literature review, study design, and manuscript production.

Brianna Shaw completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (BS) and Sociology (BA) from Washington and Lee University, from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they also participated in a Semester Abroad program at DIS Copenhagen, where they studied Cognitive Neuroscience.
