Abay Balgabayev is an experienced professional currently serving as the Strategy Director and Head of the strategy unit at Eurasian Bank, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Abay worked as a Consultant in the Strategy & Operations group at KPMG from February to November 2019. Abay's academic background includes a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in World Economy from Narxoz University, along with further studies at the University of Exeter.
