Anton Dolgovechny has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of macroeconomic analysis and financial institutions. Anton is currently serving as the Chief Analyst at the Eurasian Development Bank since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Economic Analyst from 2022 to 2023 at an undisclosed company.
From 2017 to 2021, Dolgovechny held various roles at Belarusbank, including Department Director and Deputy Director, where they were responsible for strategy implementation, process management, and coordination of economic and marketing research.
Before that, they worked as a Manager at BPS-Sberbank from 2016 to 2017, focusing on strategic planning and macroeconomic analysis. Anton also had multiple roles at the Eurasian Development Bank from 2012 to 2016, including Senior Project Manager and Deputy Head of Social Economic Policy Division, Anti-crisis Fund. In these roles, they coordinated macroeconomic diagnostics and provided policy recommendations for sustainable socio-economic development of countries such as Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
From 2010 to 2012, Dolgovechny worked at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus as the Head and Deputy Head of the Macroeconomic Analysis and Forecasting Directorate. Anton also served as the chief economist at JSC "Belgazprombank" from 2009 to 2010 and held the position of Division Head at the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus from 1997 to 2008.
Anton Dolgovechny obtained their Masters (MAPE) in Economics from Williams College from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, in 2004, they attended the Joint Vienna Institute where they studied Applied Economic Policy. Anton's education journey began in 1993 and lasted until 1997 when they attended the Akademija Kiravannja pry Prezidence Respubliki Belarus', where they earned their degree as an economist, specializing in Economics and Management.
