Mark Tepper, Ph.D. has a strong background in the biotech industry, with diverse experience in founding and leading companies, as well as investing and screening potential investments. Mark is currently the President & CEO of Eumentis Therapeutics Inc., where they focus on developing novel therapeutics for neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative diseases. Mark is also a Co-founder and Board Member of Atlantic Aquaculture Technologies.

Prior to their current roles, Dr. Tepper founded and served as President and CSO of Corbus Pharmaceuticals, a clinical stage biotech company specializing in the treatment of chronic inflammatory/fibrotic diseases. During their time there, they acquired lead assets, gained FDA approval, and partnered with Kaken Pharma for marketing rights in Japan.

Dr. Tepper also founded Primatope Therapeutics, Inc., a monoclonal antibody discovery and development company, before selling it to Kiniksa. Mark has served as an investor and Screening Committee Member for Mass Medical Angels and as a Founder, Executive Board Member, and General Member for Boynton Angels.

In addition, Dr. Tepper has held various executive positions in other biotech companies, including Optimata LTD, NKT Therapeutics Inc., RXi Pharmaceuticals, and Arradial Inc. Mark has a track record of successfully raising funds, licensing assets, and achieving operational milestones.

Mark Tepper, Ph.D. obtained their Ph.D., M.Phil, and MA degrees in Biochemistry & Biophysics from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. Mark then pursued a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Molecular Endocrinology at UMass Chan Medical School. Prior to that, Mark completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry at Clark University. Mark also attended Jonathan Dayton High School.
